Through the current focus and interest in agriculture by the government MAPPS wish to bring forth again an international meeting of the minds on plant protection to this region.  The theme for the conference, “Updating Good Agricultural Practices in IPM” has been selected as befitting to the current needs of farmers and planters who are practising modern technologies.  It is both our pleasure and honour to invite you to participate in this important international scientific event.  

As with past ICPPTs, we are confident that we shall have everything in place to ensure that all participants will experience a most memorable and rewarding meeting.  Some of the most current issues in tropical and developing country plant protection will be deliberated.
